Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and handle up to 45 pounds.
