Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety protocols.

• Efficient organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
