1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, where you can earn up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely following guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
