1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers for full-time positions at Aldi. The average hours are 30-35 per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. Multiple schedules are available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and cooperation in work.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
