1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills.
