Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage for this position ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our warehouse by selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and communicating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. We are seeking individuals who can work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrate attention to detail, and adhere to company policies and procedures. If you are 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in a warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
