Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will include efficiently fulfilling store orders, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
