1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
