We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive quality items. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide comprehensive training and safety programs for your success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move, sort, and load merchandise following guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
