Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team on a full-time basis. This role offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock.
  • Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
  • Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
  • Perform general cleaning duties.
  • Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
  • Provide input to improve processes.
  • Inspect product for quality and safety.
  • Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
  • Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
