Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise efficiently to fulfill store orders. The role involves maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and leadership for effective warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
