1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
