1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively, demonstrate efficiency, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequently stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
