1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's dynamic team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. You will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, performing warehouse cleaning tasks, and collaborating effectively with your team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and carry items.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
