1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
