We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
