1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with the warehouse team and provide input to improve processes. Additionally, you will be expected to follow safety guidelines, perform inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork
• Positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in executing tasks
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds
• Operating powered industrial equipment
• Working in varying temperatures and environments
