1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly rates and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and suggest improvements.
• Follow warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
