1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with organizational skills.
