Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM
Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Cleans warehouse, participates in inventory counts, cooperates with peers and suppliers.
• Provides input for process improvements, inspects product quality, and assists in achieving budget goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, collaborates with the team, maintains positive attitude, drives for success, organizes efficiently.
• Interprets and applies company policies, communicates effectively, performs basic arithmetic.
• Pays attention to detail, works independently, high school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifts products up to 45 pounds, moves merchandise, stands, bends, reaches, grips, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, walks, and works in varying temperatures.
• Operates powered industrial equipment.
