Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker, where you will play a vital role in stock management. Responsibilities include selecting, receiving, and relocating stock, maintaining warehouse appearance, and participating in inventory counts. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, efficiency in organizing tasks, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect and consult on product quality and safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and handling of products up to 45 pounds.
• Movement of merchandise and operation of equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
