Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and supporting warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment efficiently.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
