1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse adheres to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve targeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• 18 years of age or older.
