1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Shift Options:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and provide feedback to management.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and resilience.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
