1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing, relocating, and loading merchandise in our warehouse. The position offers a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethics and positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Have good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
