1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in taking inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
