1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments to ensure smooth operations in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines within the warehouse.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and report issues.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities to achieve set goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and prepare products for delivery.
• Perform physical tasks in various warehouse environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
