1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and management. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
