1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to our stores to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled areas where safety and teamwork are key priorities.

Position Type:

Part-Time (Fewer than 30 hours per week)

Starting Wage:

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Acts according to ALDI competencies including conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures.
