1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 - $23.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and information exchange.
• Offer insights to warehouse management for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety or sanitation concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently per company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize work efficiently and adhere to ALDI standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
