1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse team. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Show resilience and drive for success in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physical demands.
