1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise in the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Operate equipment and perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable and drives for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
