1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM
Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week
- Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week
- Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks with 2 consecutive weekdays off
- Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend with 2 weekdays off
- Schedule D: Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently
- Relocates merchandise following guidelines
- Sorts, organizes, loads merchandise strategically
- Performs general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts
- Cooperates effectively with peers and leadership
- Provides input for process improvement
- Inspects and ensures product quality and safety
- Independently acts and assists in achieving goals
- Follows company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Operates equipment adhering to safety regulations
- Notifies management of issues
- Performs other assigned tasks

- Works in varying temperatures, operates equipment safely
