Job Description: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise preparing for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Additional duties as assigned.
