Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate, sort, and load merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Adaptable to varying warehouse environments and schedules.
