1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with average hours ranging from 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving and selecting incoming stock efficiently, organizing merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will also be involved in warehouse inventory counts, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with warehouse leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise strategically in the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming products.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to work with or without reasonable accommodation.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
