1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with competitive starting wages of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory counts, warehouse cleaning, and collaboration with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, load, and relocate merchandise effectively.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of company policies, basic arithmetic, and excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
