1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
