1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM, and various schedules are available to accommodate different preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Independently make decisions within delegated responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
