1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
