1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment safely.
