1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise through the warehouse, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
