Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and relocate incoming stock.
• Strategically organize and load merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of working collaboratively and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Frequent movement and working in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
