Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. This role involves receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and interacting effectively with colleagues and leadership. As part of the warehouse team, you will contribute to achieving budget goals and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and inspect product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
