1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, providing customers with high-quality products. As a part-time position working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
