1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a renowned company committed to quality and excellence. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling stock, preparing shipments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting warehouse management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise ensuring shipment readiness.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Adhere to company policies, follow safety guidelines, and report quality concerns.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted goals and operational efficiency.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older as per ALDI requirements.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with efficient organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred with good communication and basic math skills.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Works well independently and collaboratively within a team.
