1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and maintain product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and adapt.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse, including loading for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperature environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
