1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. The role involves selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, follow safety guidelines, and strive to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Participate in warehouse cleanliness and inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to prioritize safety and quality.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
