Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
