1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and contribute to budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
